Tai Chi Chuan (Square Form) 68. The Seven Stars Style

1. Turn the left foot in towards the centre then shift the weight onto the left leg.
2. Draw the left hand in by sinking the elbow. Simultaneously move the right foot a small step in towards the centre.
3. Open the right hand and lower the right arm until the wrist touches the left fingertips.
