Self-defense San Shou - actual combat techniques for self-defense.
Being able to stop the opponent's attack is the real martial art.
You must not have the heart to harm others but you must have the heart to guard against others.
It doesn't matter how strong your martial arts are, if you use them to harm others, it is definitely not the original intention of Tai Chi Heritage.

Defensive position
There are 3 points for each of the upper, middle and lower, total of 9 points

Attacking pose
1 attack the head from the upper left
2 Attack the head from the front
3 attack the head from the upper right
4 Attack the belly from the bottom left
5 Attack the upper abdomen from the front
6 Attack the belly from the bottom right
7 Attack the legs from the bottom left
8 Attacking the groin from directly below
9 Attack the legs from the bottom right

Defensive action
Block the arm, it does not conform to the principles of Tai Chi
Tighten the waist, abdomen, shoulders, elbows and wrists
Turn the waist to release the force and cover the elbows at the same time
Defensive 1st or 3rd point
Turn the waist to release the force and cover the elbows at the same time
Defensive 4th or 6th point
Turn the waist to release the force and cover the elbows at the same time
Defensive 7th or 9th point
Turn your waist and pull your heels
