1. Twist the hips to the left by drawing the arms back to just below ear level, simultaneously drawing back the left leg by bending the knee.

2. Step back with the left foot into a front stance, pushing forward with the left hand and lowering the right hand to the right side.

3. Shift the weight back onto the left leg.

4. Twisting at the waist, draw the hands back to just below the right ear.

5. Step back with the right foot into a front stance, pushing forward with the right hand and lowering the left hand to the left side.

6. Shift the weight back onto the right leg.
