(32) Swing Fist
2. Make a fist with your right hand and swing down
3. Right fist swing forward
The left palm then squeezed out
Left palm up, right fist down

(33) Step Back, Parry And Punch
1. Sit back
2. Turn waist right
Place your left palm and right fist next to your waist
Step backward at the same time
Make a semicircle with both hands
3. Place your right fist on your waist
Place your left palm on your chest

1. Move your left palm to the right
2. Palm down and turn to front
3. Punch forward with your right fist

(34) Step Up, Grasping The Bird’s Tail
1. Sit back
