1. Sit back
2. Lift the left hand so that it is level with the space between the index finger and the thumb of the right hand.
Turn waist left
Position your hands under your ears
One horizontal and one vertical
Look ahead
3. Lift your left foot
Press down with your right hand and push forward with your left hand
Bring the left foot down behind you
The front leg is bent and the back leg is straight
(86) Step Aside, Flying Oblique
1. Turn your left palm towards the sky
2. Put your right hand on your left wrist
3. Turn right foot outwards
The right heel is the center of the circle
Lower the left knee as if to kneel and look to the right
Arms are positioned at an oblique angle
1. Step up with the left foot
Heels in a straight line
2. Take a step back with your left foot
3. Shift weight to left foot
Arms open at a 90-degree angle
Straighten right leg. Right foot points forward.

1. Bring your palms close together, one horizontal and one vertical, in front of the chest. Shift the weight into a front stance.
2. Step up with your left foot so that the feet are in a straight line.
The centre of gravity should be spread evenly between both legs. Keep your hips facing forward.
