1. Bend forward at the waist.
Keep your legs straight.
2. Turn waist 90 degrees to the left.
3. Raise the left hand in a circular motion. 
Arms should make the shape of an arch.

Hands are above the head.
Eyes remain looking forward.
2. Turn waist right so as to face the front.
3. Position your hands at chest level.

(89) Brush Knee Twist Step
1. Bend the knees.
The toes of the right foot are at the centre of the circle.
Turn the right foot and sit back.
The toes of the left foot point towards the sky.
2. Step out to the side with your left foot.
Legs should be shoulder-width apart.
Turn waist right.
Position your hands just under your right ear.
3. Shift the weight into a front stance. 
Press down with your left hand and push forward with your right hand.
