Tai Chi Chuan (Square Form) 58. Swing Fist

1. Place the light heel on the ground.
2. Clench the fists and lower the arms to the left side, left over right.
3. Shifting into a front stance, open the left hand and swing both hands forward in an arc so the left palm is above the clenched right fist.
