(10) The Seven Stars Style (Left)
2. Bend your right elbow, positioning your right palm in front of your chest.
3. Bring the left hand up so that the wrist of your left hand touches the fingers of your right hand.
Thumb of the left hand should be at nose level.
(11) Brush Knee Twist Step
1. Bring the right hand up and position it so that the fingers of the right hand are level with the space between the thumb and the index finger of the left hand.
2. Turn waist right
Bring your hands around so that they are just under your right ear.
Look ahead
3. Shift the weight into a front stance
Press down with your left hand and push forward with your right hand
1. Step up with your right foot
2. Lift your left hand so that it is level with the space between the index finger and the thumb of the right hand.
Turn your waist to the left
Bring your hands around so that they are just under your left ear.
Look ahead
3. Shift the weight into a front stance.
Press down with your right hand and push forward with your left hand
