(8) White Crane Flaps Its Wings 
1. Bring the torso upright 
Hands above the head 
Eyes look forward 
2. Turn waist right, so as to face the front. 
3. Bring your hands down in front of your chest 
One horizontal and one vertical 
 
(9) Brush Knee Twist Step 
1. Bend knees 
The toes of the right foot are at the center of a circle. Pivot on the toes, turning the heel. 
Sit back on the right leg. 
Toes of the left foot point towards the sky. 
2. Step out to the side with the left foot. 
Feet should be a shoulder-width apart. 
Turn waist right 
Bring your hands around so that they are just under your right ear. 
3. Step forward 
Press down with your left hand and push forward with your right hand 

(10) The Seven Stars Style (Left) 
1. Sit back 
2. Bend your right elbow, positioning your right palm in front of your chest.
