(24) Step Back And Repulse Monkey 
3. Lift your left leg. 
Press down with your right hand and push forward with your left hand 
Bring the left foot down behind you. 
The front leg is bent and the back leg is straight 
 
1. Sit back 
The toes of the front foot should point towards the sky 
2. Lift the right hand so that it is level with the space between the index finger and the thumb of the left hand. 
Turn waist right 
Position your hands under your ears 
One horizontal and one vertical 
Look ahead 
3. Lift your right foot 
Press down with your left hand and push forward with your right hand 
Bring the right foot down behind you 
The front leg is bent and the back leg is straight
