(38) Pat The Horse High (Left)
3. Right hand press down and left hand touches right wrist.
(39) Turn The Body To Face The Left
1. Step out with the left leg and rest the toes on the ground.
2. Shift the weight into a front stance. Right hand is above the left hand, with the palms facing each other.
3. Turn waist right
Turn your waist left and open your arms
The left palm faces the sky and the right palm faces the ground
1. Turn waist and left foot 45 degrees to the left
Make fists with both hands. Rotate the arms clockwise and bring them together at the wrists.
2. Bring your right foot so that it is slightly in front of your left foot. Rest the toes on the ground.
3. Bring your torso upright.
(40) Raise The Right Leg And Kick Out In A Curve
1. Lift your foot
2. Open your hands. Fingertips touch.
