3. Shift the weight into a front stance. 
Press down with your left hand and push forward with your right hand.

(90) The Seven Stars Style (Left)
1. Sit back
2. Bend your right and position your right hand in line with the centre of your chest.
3. Bring your left hand across so that the left wrist touches the fingertips of the right hand.
The thumb of the left hand should be level with the nose.

(91) Needle at Sea Bottom
1. Raise the left leg and rest the toes of the left foot on the ground.
2. Position your right hand over your left hand to make the shape of a ‘T’. 
3. Bend forward and sink. 
Strike downwards with the right hand.

1. Step up with the left foot.
2. Shift the weight into a front stance.
The right hand should be at shoulder height.

(92) Fan Through The Back
3. Turn the right hand so that the palm is facing out.
At the same time, turn the left foot inwards.

1. Take half a step back with the right foot so that you are positioned on the diagonal.
2. Sink, facing diagonally left.
3. Push out with the left palm.
Move the right hand out in the shape of an arc.

(93) Swing Fist
1. Turn your left foot inwards and sit back.
Make a fist with your left hand and swing upwards.
Face forward.
2. Make a fist with your right hand and swing down.
