2. Make a fist with your right hand and swing down. 
3. Right fist swings forward. 
The left hand is open and follows. 
The left palm should be above the right fist. 

(94) Step Up, Parry And Punch 
1. Step up 
2. Turn the waist right. 
Bring both hands back to the right hip. The palm of the left hand should rest on top of the right fist. 
Bring both hands forward in a semicircle. 
3. Sit back. Bring your right fist back down to your right hip.  
The left palm remains in line with the centre of the chest. 

1. Turn the waist to move the left palm to the right. 
2. Move the palm down so that the left arm is horizonal. Turn the waist to the front. 
3. Punch forward with your right fist. 

(95) Step Up, Grasping The Bird’s Tail 
1. Sit back 
Fingers of the left hand touch the  wrist of the right hand. Thumb of the right hand is at nose level.  
2. Bend forward. 
The right palm should be level with the Dantian and be facing up. 
3. Shift the weight forward. 
Right hand reaches towards the left corner 

1. Step up 
Keep your body upright
