Tai Chi Square Form 101-104 Styles 

(101) Cross and Single Hand Sweep Lotus Leg 
1. Left foot rotates inward. 
Turn the waist 180 degrees clockwise. 
Toes of the right foot point towards the sky. 
2. Raise your right foot up and to the left. 
3. The right foot makes contact with the left hand as the right leg sweeps out. 

(102) Brush Knee Twist Step 
1. Put down the right foot. 
2. Turn your waist to the left
Bring your hands around so that they are just under your left ear. 
3. Shift the weight into a front stance. 
Press down with your right hand and push forward with your left hand. 
 
(103) Step Up To Punch The Groin 
1. Step up with your left foot.
2. Bring your hands around so that they are just under your right ear. Right hand should be level with the space between the thumb and the index finger of the left hand. 
3. Shift the weight into a front stance. 
The right hand makes a fist. 
The left hand draws a clockwise circle in front of the body. 
At the same time, the right hand makes a circle ending with an upward punch. 

(104) Step Up, Grasping The Birds Tail 
1. Sit back into Seven Star Style 
2. Bend at the waist.
