Tai Chi Square Form 108-112 Styles

(108) Step Back To Ride the Tiger
Right hand protects the forehead.
Left leg is hanging with the toes resting on the ground.
1. Kick forward with your left foot.

(109) Turn Body And Slap The Face
2. Pivot to the right.
3. Put the left foot down, landing in a front stance.
Left hand hits forward.
Right hand protects the ribs.

(110) Turn Body and Double Hand Sweep Lotus Leg
1. Left foot rotates inward.
Turn waist right.
Right hand points to corner.
2. Lift the right leg up to the left.
Pat the foot with both hands as you swing the leg to the right.
3. Push out on the diagonal with both palms. 
The front leg is bent and the back leg is straight.

(111) Draw The Bow to Shoot the Tiger
1. Turn the right foot to point forward.
Lean back.
Hands parallel to feet.
2. Bring the hands around to the right side of the body.
3. Raise your hands to shoulder level.

1. Make fists with both hands.
2. Bring the fists in towards the ear.
3. Punch forwards.

(112) Pat The Horse High (Left)
1. Step up with the left foot.
Left toes point skyward.
Right hand presses down.
Left hand touches right wrist.
