1. Place the left heel on the ground.
2. Twisting at the waist, draw the hands back to just below the right ear.
3. Shift forward into a front stance, lowering the left hand to the side and pushing forward with the right hand.
4. Step forward with the right leg, placing the heel on the ground.
5. Twisting at the waist, draw the hands back to just below the left ear.
6. Shift forward into a front stance, lowering the right hand to the side and pushing forward with the left hand.
