1. Bend at the waist.
2. Twist 90° to the left.
3. Bring the left hand up in a circular motion so it is level with the right. The fingertips should be a few inches apart.
4. Stand erect. The arms are arched above the head.
5. Turn to face the front.
6. Lower the hands to chest level, turning the right arm inward so that the right palm faces the chest while the fingers points left.
