Tai Chi Square Form 47-49 Styles

(47) Turn Body and Swing Fist
1. Bring your right fist back to your chest.
Turn waist and feet right.
2. Step out to the side.
3. Extend the right arm out. The right hand remains in a fist. The left hand is open and follows. The wrist of the left hand (above) touches the clenched fingers of the right fist (below).

(48) Step Up and Pat the Horse High (Left)
1. Turn waist right while simultaneously turning the right foot at the heel. Hands are drawn apart.
Step up with the left leg and rest the toes on the ground.
Turn the waist back around so as to face straight on while simultaneously drawing the left hand back and pressing the right hand down. Left hand touches right wrist.

(49) Turn The Body To Face The Left
1.  Step out with the left leg and rest the heel on the ground.
2. Shift the weight into a front stance. Right hand is above the left hand, with the palms facing each other. 
3. Turn the waist right
Turn your waist back around so as to face straight on and open your hands
The left palm points to the sky and the right palm points to the ground

1. Turn waist and left foot 45 degrees to the left
Make fists with both hands. Rotate the arms clockwise and bring them together at the wrists. 
2. Bring your right foot so that it is slightly in front of your left foot. Rest the toes on the ground.
3. Bring your torso upright.
