(45) Brush Knee Twist Step
1. Put down the left foot.
2. Turn your waist right.
Bring your hands around so that they are just under your right ear.
3. Press down with your left hand and push forward with your right hand.

1. Step up with your right foot.
2. Lift your left hand so that it is level with the space between the index finger and the thumb of the right hand.
3. Shift the weight into a front stance.
Press down with your right hand and push forward with your left hand.

(46) Step forward and punch down
1. Step up with your left foot.
2. Bring your hands around so that they are just under your right ear. Right hand should be level with the space between the thumb and the index finger of the left hand.
3. Shift the weight into a front stance.
The right hand makes a fist.
The left hand draws a circle as if to catch a foot.
The right fist punches down at a 45-degree angle.

(47) Turn Body and Swing Fist
1. Bring your right fist back to your chest.
Turn waist and feet right.
