Tai Chi Square Form 53-56 Styles

(53) Twist the Body and Kick
2. Turn your waist to the left. 
The right arm moves in a clockwise circle. The left arm follows.
Make fists with both hands and lift your right foot
3. Lower your left arm onto your right arm.
Draw your arms apart and slightly out to the sides. Your right leg should move out to the side at the same time.

(54) Boxing the Ears
1. Draw the arms back in so they are shoulder-width apart. Right leg is below right arm and should be drawn in at the same time.
Rest the right foot on the ground.
2. Shift the weight into a front stance.
3. Press down with both hands.
Circle both arms upwards as if to deliver two ear-level punches.

(55) Turn The Body To Face The Right
1. Turn waist and right foot 45 degrees to the right
Make fists with both hands. Rotate the arms counterclockwise and bring them together at the wrists. 
2. Bring your left foot so that it is slightly in front of your right foot. Rest the toes on the ground.
3. Bring your torso upright.

(56) Raise The Left Leg And Kick Out In A Curve
1. Lift your foot
