(56) Raise The Left Leg And Kick Out In A Curve
2. Open your hands. Fingertips touch.
3. Kick out with your left foot
Raise your arms and draw them apart.
Turn to the left corner at the same time

(57) Turn Around And Kick With The Heel
1. Lower your left leg behind the right leg and place the left foot on the ground. Weight should be on the left foot. 
Make fists with both hands. Bring them together at the wrists.
2. Turn waist 360 degrees clockwise. (Left foot turns at the heel).
3. Lift your foot. Open your hands. Fingertips touch.
Kick to the front with your right heel as you draw your arms apart.

(58) Swing Fist
1.  Lower your right leg, which should remain forward. The heel should rest on the ground.
2. Make a fist with your right hand and swing down
3. Right fist swings forward
The left hand is open and follows.
The palm of the left hand should be above the right fist.

(59) Step Up, Parry and Punch
1. Step forward.
2. Turn waist right.
Bring both hands back to the right hip. The palm of the left hand should rest on top of the right fist.
Punch forward in an arc.
